Why did Naked change it's packaging?
Did any flavour get discontinued?
We haven’t discontinued any flavours as a result of our recent reformulation. However, we discontinued our variety pack in 2025, which included an exclusive flavour, Berry Blast.
Are any of the above flavours coming back? Why did you discontinue [x] flavour?
Our discontinued variety pack exclusively included the Berry Blast flavour. It will not be coming back.
Are the bottles still made from recycled plastic?
The Naked bottles are still made from 100% recycled plastic or rPET.
Are the smoothies still Non-GMO?
The smoothie formulas do not contain any GMO ingredients.
Why do Naked Smoothies have a “high in sugar” label?
We’re following Health Canada’s labelling requirements. The sugar in Naked Smoothies comes only from fruits and vegetables, none is added.
Why do the smoothies have a "supplemented" warning label?
Our smoothies are now fortified with vitamins and minerals. Under Health Canada’s new rules, any supplemented food must include this label.
Why do the smoothies have a caution statement "Not recommended for those under 14 years old"?
This statement is required by Health Canada for all supplemented foods that exceed certain nutrient thresholds, such as specific vitamins and minerals. Naked Smoothies are safe to consume, but the statement is included to ensure it’s used as intended for its target age group.
What does "boosted" machines or "boosted smoothie" mean?
All our machines are now boosted with vitamins and minerals. Specifically, vit C, E, B6, B12 & other essential vitamins. That means whichever machines flavour you choose, it has the SAME vitamins & minerals. The best part? You can expect the same great taste from your favourite flavours.
